Municipality of Arran-Elderslie Appoints Jackson Penner as Manager of Building and Planning Services/ CBO
CHESLEY, ON: The Municipality of Arran-Elderslie is pleased to announce the appointment of Jackson Penner as the new Manager of Building & Planning Services / Chief Building Official (CBO), effective September 15, 2025.
This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Ontario Building Code, enforcing municipal by-laws, and overseeing planning and zoning activities.
Mr. Penner holds a diploma in Architectural Construction Engineering Technology from Conestoga College and brings a strong background in municipal building services, having served as a Building Official with the Municipality of Meaford.
