Notice to Residents: Canada Post Strike – Water Bill Delivery & Payment Options
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, mail will not be picked up, processed, or delivered until further notice.
As a result, physical water bills will not be printed or mailed. Residents remain responsible for making payments on their accounts during the strike period.

To avoid delays, please use one of the following payment options:
Online/telephone banking Pre-authorized payment plan In person – chq, debit, or cash Secure after-hours drop box at the Municipal Office
If you do not currently receive your water bills by email, you have the following options to access your bill:
Sign up for e-billing: Call or email the Municipal Office to enroll and we will email you your 2025 Q3 water bill and all future bills.
In-person pickup: Visit the Municipal Office (1925 Bruce Road 10, Chesley) Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. to pick up your paper bill.
By phone: Call 519-363-3039 and provide your roll number or customer number (from a previous bill), and we can confirm the amount due.
Please note: Payments must be received by the due date to avoid penalties. A late payment charge of 1.25% is applied to overdue amounts on the first business day of each month.
