Municipality of Arran-Elderslie Announces Acting Manager of Facilities, Parks and Recreation
Arran-Elderslie, ON –The Municipality of Arran-Elderslie is pleased to announce that Joel McAllister has been appointed as Acting Manager of Facilities, Parks and Recreation, effective October 1, 2025. This appointment follows the departure of Carly Steinhoff, who previously held the position.
The Municipality would like to thank Carly Steinhoff for her dedication and contributions during her time as Manager of Facilities, Parks and Recreation. We wish Carly all the best as she moves forward in her career to pursue new opportunities.
Joel is well-known to staff and the community through his dedicated service as Recreation Lead, where he has consistently demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and a genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life in Arran-Elderslie.
In his new role, Joel will lead the facilities, parks, and recreation team, continuing to deliver excellent services and memorable experiences for residents and visitors alike.
This appointment is temporary as the Municipality explores the best long-term fit for the department. The Municipality is grateful to Joel for stepping into this leadership opportunity and looks forward to his continued contributions.
