Parking

We offer parking throughout the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie. You can view our Parking By-Law to learn more information on parking restrictions.

2-Hour Parking Limit 

Parking in our Downtown Business Areas is limited to 2-Hours Monday to Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except holidays. Those parking in contravention of this provision may receive a parking ticket and/or be towed at the expense of the owner. 

This helps support our local businesses by providing ample parking for residents and visitors to park and shop local in Arran-Elderslie. 

Overnight Parking

Overnight parking is permitted on some town streets, subject to the restrictions with the Traffic and Parking Bylaw, except from November 1 April 30. During this time, you cannot park on the streets between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. or your car may be ticketed or towed at your expense. You can purchase a parking pass for one of our Municipal Parking Lots if you do not have a space to park overnight.

Public Parking Options

We offer free day parking at a variety of parking lots throughout the Municipality. You may also park for free on the streets as long as you are obeying the Parking By-Law.

Paid Parking Spaces

You may purchase overnight, weekly, monthly, winter or annual parking passes for our Municipal parking lots in Chesley and Paisley. Fees to park in these lots are available in our Fees By-Law. To purchase a pass, please visit or call the Municipal Office.
