South Bruce Grey Health Center (SBGHC) Chesley location is an 18 bed facility with an Emergency Department. There is an outpatient lab and X-ray services available. Ultrasound is available part time.

The Chesley Hospital Foundation raises funds to benefit healthcare, physician recruitment, and capital equipment purchases at the Chesley location of the South Bruce Grey Health Centre.

The Paisley Medical Clinic offers services from the Brockton Area Family Health Team for chronic disease, foot case, kinesiology, mental health, nutrition, primary care and respiratory health. Family Physicians from the Brockton Area Family Health Team come to the Clinic on a weekly or monthly basis.

Chesley Hospital Foundation & Physician Recruitment

The Chesley Hospital Foundation is a registered charitable foundation established to raise funds on behalf of the South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Chesley Site. We provide the hospital with funds for new medical equipment and facility improvements. In 2024 we expanded our mandate to include all of local healthcare so that we may better support physician recruitment and retention.
