Arran-Elderslie Opens Applications for the 2027 Grants and Community Support Program
CHESLEY, ON: The Municipality of Arran-Elderslie is now accepting applications for the 2027 Grants and Community Support Program, which provides financial and in-kind assistance to local non-profit organizations, volunteer groups, and registered charities serving the community.
The program supports initiatives that enhance the quality of life in Arran-Elderslie through community events, recreational opportunities, cultural activities, and programs that benefit local residents.
Support is available in two categories:
• In-Kind Support – including access to municipal facilities, equipment, and services.
• Financial Grants – for community programs, events, festivals, and one-time start-up initiatives.
Organizations applying must be non-profit groups, registered charities, or volunteer-led organizations whose activities provide a direct benefit to Arran-Elderslie residents.
Applications for the 2027 program must be submitted by October 31, 2026.
"Every year, local organizations and volunteers create opportunities that bring people together and make our communities more welcoming and vibrant," said Mayor Steve Hammell. "We're pleased to offer this support and encourage eligible groups to apply."
